April in Paris

A good friend of mine commissioned this card from me after seeing the work that I did for the previous person. I enjoyed doing it for her although she just wanted a copy of the other persons card with their caricatures and everything. It didn’t seem fair to me to sell the card twice so I drew up this one. I wish I had an agent to tell people how much I cost because I don’t dare ask for what my drawings are worth. I cut my rates which is better than asking for nothing at all which is what I used to do. Maybe by the end of the year I will be quicker and can spend less time on these types of drawings. That is my only hope!
