Which quote is better? (Or is there another one out there?)

There are only two tragedies in life. One is not getting what you want and the other is getting it.–B.Franklin

??? or is this B.F. quote better with this illustration:

Hide not your talents. They for use were made.

Benevolent forces

Where are you people coming from? Someone please speak up!

Up until Sunday I could count on my neice and my mother visiting my site at least once a month. My statistics for visitors has suddenly shot through the roof. I am feeling such pressure to entertain you. Who are you?

Who is sending you here? Is this a sign that there is indeed life out there in cyberius? Please BENEVOLENT FORCES answer me!

Aristotle

This is the revised version of the same thing that is below. I cut the cat’s tail a bit. He actually liked it… I never drew a face like this guy’s face and yet it seemed familiar. All the while I was listening to David Sedaris on audible.com and now realize I must have had some subconcious gears going and it is him. I should have drawn a spider in his arms instead of a cat but oh well…

getting it spot on– an illustrator laments

Let’s face the facts…The intent of the drawing is there but not spot on yet. The face of the guy is not right. I have to rework it and also the tail might be better a tiny bit away practically touching his ear but not touching. Also not sure about the quote. This is just an exercise to start working and it seems to be working. I am being super productive the last two or three days.

Anonymus and Me

Sitting quietly

Doing nothing.

Spring comes

And the grass grows by itself.
